At GrowingFamilies.Life, we respect the privacy rights of our customers and subscription service members. Our “Data Privacy Policy” outlines what specific personal data is gathered on the GrowingFamilies.Life website and/or related Bookstores, and how that information is used, stored and protected.

Information Collected - General:

Any general website or Newsletter data collected is related to our ability to provide our constituency curricula related information, including email updates on products, services and ministry opportunities. 

Specific Data Collected: 

Limited to first and last names and email addresses of requesting customers. 

Data Stored:

All data collected is stored on secure servers, owned or contracted by Growing Families International.

Data Source:

Growing Families does not use independent agents or third party entities, or allow third party entities to collect data from Growing Families’ participants or subscribers.

Data Shared:

Growing Families does not disclose, sell, or trade data with any third party or provide email support or promotional services for any unaffiliated Growing Families business or ministry.  

Growing Families does not store or use visitor’s browsing data for target-marketing.

Growing Families does not target groups or individuals for marketing purposes apart from general Newsletter updates related to Growing Families events and services.

B. GrowingFamilies.Life Subscription Video Service/Bookstores

Information Collected - General:

Member’s Subscription Service and Bookstore data collection is related to our ability to provide our constituency curricula, physical and digital products requested by customers. 

Specific Data Collected: 

Limited to name, email, shipping address, phone numbers, credit card payment information.  

Data Source:

Growing Families does not use independent agents or third party entities, or allow third party entities to collect data from Growing Families’ participants or subscribers.

Data Stored:

All data collected is stored on secure servers, owned or contracted by Growing Families International. All credit card information is encrypted and protect by GeoTrust.

Data Shared:

Growing Families does not disclose, sell, or trade data with any third party or provide email support or promotional services for any unaffiliated Growing Families business or ministry.

Growing Families does not store or use visitor’s browsing data for target-marketing.

Growing Families does not use independent, independent agents or third party entities, or allow third party entities to collect data from Growing Families’ participants or subscribers.

II. Data Processors: 

GrowingFamilies.Life utilises the encryption and data processing services of Stripe, PayPal, WorldPay, BigCommerce, Memberspace and Mailchimp.

III.    Cookies/Pop-up Ads

The Growing Families Bookstores use ‘Cookies'. The information is used to optimize the users' experience by customizing our web page content based on visitors' browsing history. “Cookies” are optional and can only be used with customer consent. If they choose, customers can set their browser not to accept cookies.

Pop-up Ads: Growing Families does not initiate third party Pop-up advertising. 

IV.    Sensitive Personal Data

Growing Families does not collect “Sensitive Personal Data” (meaning any data that reveals racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or biometric data.) 

V.      Termination

Upon completion of any service provided, a person may request to have their personal data removed from the Growing Families Database by writing to Customer Service.
