Lodging: Private home on the North Toe River

Who: Fathers with their son(s) age 10 and older

Cost: $150/father; $125/son (includes 8 meals, snacks, lodging, journal)

The Details:

·        The weekend retreat will be a combination of worship, teaching, small group discussions, hiking, and free time.

·        Retreat begins with arrival and check-in Friday afternoon from 3-5pm, dinner at 5:30pm.

·        Retreat concludes after breakfast on Monday morning.   

·        You will share a room with other men

·        Bed linens and bath towels are provided. You may want to bring an extra blanket and your own pillow.

·        If flying in for the weekend, nearest airports are:

o   Charlotte CLT  (~2 hours)

o   Asheville AVL  (~1.5 hours)

o   Johnson City TRI  (~1.25 hours).

o   Let us know your flight arrival time and we can connect you with other men flying in so you can carpool together, if desired.

·        8 meals will be provided along with snacks. If you have special dietary needs, please let us know. Each father/son will be asked to help prepare and clean up meals over the course of the weekend.

·        Coffee, tea, and water will be provided.

·        There is very limited refrigerator space; if you would like to bring your own snacks or beverages that need refrigeration, please bring a cooler to keep them in.

·        If you enjoy tent camping, you are welcome to bring your own tent and camp in a grassy area down by the river.

·        There is room for one small to medium sized RV.

·        WAITING LIST: Once registration fills up, a waiting list will be started. You will be contacted if a space opens up for you to attend.
