About Our Streaming Subscription Service

Growing Families offers two streaming services. Short topical segments (a free service) and the full length presentation, (subscription based.) The full-length presentation streaming service fee is $2.95 USD per month (or the adjusted currency equivalent found in each country.)

Each subscription comes with a 30-day free trial followed by a billing cycle that falls on the 10th of each month. There are no contracts, no long-term commitment, and participants may cancel their subscription at any time. 

Signing up for the Basic Subscription is easy. At the Growing Families.Life home page:

  • Go to top right hand corner and click "Login (Video Streaming)”, 

  • Click Create Account. Bottom right box.

  • Enter your details. Agree to terms.

  • Select your Country’s basic subscription plan*, and you are all done!

* To avoid additional credit card exchange rates fees select the Subscription Plan represented by your country’s currency.

1.   QUESTION: Why is there a subscription fee?

Answer: The subscription fees help pay for related streaming cost, licenses, and management of the Growing Families’ on-line resources.

2. QUESTION: This is my first-time signing up. What is the process?

Answer:

  1. Go to "Login Video Streaming” (Navigation bar above) or navigate to the Parenting Video’s tab and click on any full-length video session of any curriculum listed.  

  2. Click Create Account. Bottom right box.  

  3. Enter your details.

  4. Select your Country’s basic subscription plan*, and you are all done!

(* It is important to select the Subscription Plan represented by your country’s currency. This helps avoid additional credit card exchange rates fees.)

3.  QUESTION: Is my data protected?

Answer: Yes, all credit card data is encrypted. Further, in compliance with European Union GDPR and the Australian AAP policy regarding data protection protocols Growing Families has a long standing policy to never sell, trade, barter or share our customer’s or visitor’s emails information, or other private data. Read Data Collection Policy.

4.   QUESTION: How does an online class work and are there resources available to help our small group?

Answer: Yes, Growing Families Leader’s Place provides several resources that can help any small group leaders get started with hosting on-line classes. There you will find:

a. Class Resources: Each curriculum is supported with class handouts, email templates and leader’s guides.

b. Leader’s Tips Page: Suggestion for small group leaders. 

c. L3 Calls: This is a once a month gathering on the 2nd Tuesday of each month of world leaders.  

 

5.  QUESTION: As a small group leader, can I sign my class up as a single group? 

Answer: No. Individuals within each group must create their own account. The subscription service is $2.95 (U.S.) per month. However, many schools and churches elect to reimburse their class participants for the length of the class.

 

6.   QUESTION: What is the best class format if a small group begins meeting online. 

Answer: Growing Families’ online classes use the “Flipped Class” methodology. Participants watch each week’s lesson prior to class time and then come together online using an online platform. Growing Families uses the Zoom® platform for all online meetings. Read more (Zoom Tips)
